What does a crewed charter include?
The yacht with captain and hostess, all water toys (e-foil, kite gear, SUPs, wakeboard, snorkel gear, tender), bed linen, towels and final cleaning.
What is the APA?
APA stands for Advance Provisioning Allowance – an advance paid on top of the charter fee to cover running costs during your week: fuel, food and drinks, marina, park and cruising fees. The captain keeps a full account, which you can see at any time; any money not spent is refunded at the end of the charter.
How many guests can come?
Up to 8 guests in 4 double cabins, each with its own bathroom.
How much does a week cost?
Caribbean season 2027 (Grenada & the Grenadines): from €16,250 per week plus APA. Greece (Lefkada): price on request.
How do booking and payment work?
50 % of the charter fee is due when signing the charter contract, the balance plus APA one month before embarkation.
Where do charters start?
In the Caribbean from St George's, Grenada (other ports on request); in Greece from Lefkada.
What is the minimum charter length?
7 nights. Longer charters are possible.
Who cooks?
Your hostess prepares breakfast and lunch on board every day (food and drinks are paid from the APA). Dinner on board is available on request – many guests enjoy the beach restaurants and bars in the evening. Please tell us about allergies or dietary wishes in advance.
Do I need sailing experience?
No. Captain and hostess take care of the yacht – you can join in sailing as much or as little as you like.
Are children welcome?
Yes, families are very welcome. Please let us know the children's ages so we can prepare life jackets in the right sizes.
Is crew gratuity included?
No. A gratuity of 10–15 % of the charter fee is customary if you were happy with the crew.
What should I pack?
Soft bags instead of hard suitcases, swimwear, light clothing, a windproof layer, reef-safe sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat and – if you have it – your own kite harness or wetsuit.
