    Meet your captain

At 19, Marvin set off to sail a 30-foot boat single-handed through the Caribbean – and never really came back to land. Since then he has worked as a kitesurf instructor, as captain and first mate in the mega-yacht industry, and has crossed the Atlantic several times.

Stay Salty is the result: the boat, the routes and the spots he would choose for himself – shared with a small group of guests.

“I cannot imagine living on land again. The ocean is always calling.” – Captain Marvin

    What our guests say

“Our holiday went wonderfully; the boat was comfortable and well-equipped, and the crew was excellent – a German captain who was a superb sailor and knew the archipelago’s most remote spots, a friendly and incredibly helpful Argentine chef who was always hard at work, and a British hostess who was patient, tactful and kind. Exceptional weather, fantastic seas, plenty of wind for sailing and great company. It couldn’t have been better!”
Charter guests, Greece – August 2026

“One of the best kite experiences I had in Greece. Marvin will definitely help you develop your skills.”
    Michele, Italy

“Ten days on a luxury catamaran with kitesurfing, blue bays and great food in small tavernas by the beach. What more can you ask?”
    Bastian, Germany

“As a novice kiter I improved really quickly. A drink on deck at sunset after a good session is the best feeling ever.”
    Katarina, Switzerland

“I have lived and worked all over the world, but nothing compares to the freedom of living on a catamaran in the Caribbean.”
    Gea, Netherlands
